What is the admission process?+
For planned admissions, visit our reception with a doctor's referral or book an appointment. For emergency admissions, simply arrive at the casualty ward — our team will handle all paperwork promptly. A valid government ID proof is required.
Can one attendant stay with the patient overnight?+
Yes. Patients in private and super deluxe rooms may have one attendant stay overnight. General ward attendants are allowed during visiting hours only. ICU and NICU attendants follow specific protocols set by the treating team.
Is there a separate ward for male and female patients?+
Yes. We have dedicated general wards for male patients (10 beds) and female patients (10 beds) to ensure privacy, comfort, and dignity for all.
What diagnostic services are available in-house?+
We offer CT scan, digital X-ray, ultrasound (USG), pathology lab, 2D ECHO, ECG, EEG, NCV, and TMT — all in-house for fast, accurate results without the need to go elsewhere.
How long do test results take? +
Most basic blood tests and ECGs are reported within 1–2 hours. CT scans and advanced imaging reports are typically ready within a few hours. Emergency reports are prioritised and given as quickly as possible.
Is the diagnostic lab open 24 hours? +
Emergency diagnostic services including blood tests and imaging are available 24×7. Routine pathology services follow standard lab hours. Please contact us for specific timings.

Call our emergency helpline immediately. If you can travel safely, come directly to our casualty unit — we have a 6-bed casualty ward staffed and ready 24×7. Do not wait. Time is critical in any emergency.
Does the hospital handle trauma and accident cases? +
Yes. Our casualty unit is fully equipped to handle road accidents, trauma, head injuries, fractures, and other emergency conditions. Our neuro & spine surgeon and orthopaedic specialist are available on campus at all times.
Is there a separate emergency for children? +
Yes. Our paediatric and neonatal team handles all child and newborn emergencies. We have a dedicated NICU (12 beds) and PICU (3 beds) for critical paediatric cases, managed by our full-time paediatrician and neonatologist.
